The FC EXT-PipeCut is designed and engineered in the USA by Boss Laser for fabricators that need both flat-bed metal cutting and long pipe cutting from a single industrial fiber laser system. The machine combines a 5' x 10' cutting bed with integrated pipe cutting capability for square and round pipe up to 20 feet long and 240 mm in diameter.

Available with 3kW or 6kW fiber laser power options and powered by the Boss Ion Laser Source, the EXT-PipeCut is built with advanced premium servo motors, drivers, and rails, an aviation-grade 6061-T6 aluminum gantry, a high-performance fiber laser head, premium-grade gearbox, and critical transmission components.

The system includes CypCUT laser cutting control software plus TubesT and TubePro pipe cutting software. Operations are supported by a machine-mounted monitor with Windows 10/11 PC, an independent temperature-control cabinet, and an industrial fiber laser chiller. The EXT-PipeCut is backed by Boss Laser’s ISO-9001 certified quality management system, 2-year parts limited warranty including the fiber laser, warehoused replacement parts, and tech support for life.
