Designed and engineered in the USA by Boss Laser, the FC-6012 EXT is built for precision steel cutting and production reliability. It delivers clean, repeatable results with industrial performance, driven by an aviation-grade 6061-T6 aluminum gantry, advanced premium servo motors, and a premium grade gearbox.

Cut carbon steel with precision up to 18mm thick using the 3KW configuration, and scale your heavy-duty output with available power options up to 30KW. Controlled via a convenient machine-mounted monitor with a Windows 10 PC and CypCUT/HypCut Laser Cutting Control Software, the system is equipped with a high-performance fiber laser head. Supported by an independent temp control cabinet and an industrial fiber laser chiller, the FC-6012 EXT is designed for shops that need speed, accuracy, and long-term support.
