Designed and engineered in the USA by Boss Laser, the BOSS FC Elite PipeCUT fiber laser cutter is a dual-purpose system for effectively cutting both sheet metal and metal pipe. The machine features a 3KW Ion Fiber Laser Source, allowing you to efficiently laser cut stainless, carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium, and other non-ferrous metal sheets or pipes.

The system is built for precision with an aviation-grade 6061-T6 aluminum gantry, a new SawTooth blade cutting platform, and a Neugart™ Planetary GearBox. It is driven by advanced premium servo motors, drivers, and rails alongside critical transmission components. For pipe processing, it utilizes a dual pneumatic clamp design that secures and auto-adjusts to the pipe's center, offering an adjustable range of 20 to 300mm. Operations are controlled via a convenient FC machine-mounted monitor with a Windows 10 PC and CypCUT Laser Cutting Control Software. To maintain optimal performance, it is supported by an independent temp control cabinet and an industrial fiber laser chiller.
