Designed for heavy-duty metal processing, the Boss FC Mega Cut excels at handling ultra-large-format sheet plates. With optional extra-large formats available, it is capable of processing oversized sheet metal across a wide range of materials. The system features a saw tooth blade cutting platform for metal cutting and supports a massive working platform load of 33,069 lbs. 

The system includes a 3KW fiber laser, with power upgrades available up to 20KW utilizing the Boss Ion Power Series. Engineered to accommodate these high-power configurations, it supports the cutting of exceptionally thick materials with precision and stability. Motion control is driven by AC Servo Motors and a rack and pinion transmission , offering an X/Y axis positioning accuracy of 0.1/10m and 0.05/5m. The Z-Drive utilizes a ball screw with 3" of movement.

For enhanced operator safety, safety light curtains are installed on both sides of the gantry to deliver comprehensive protection and significantly reduce the risk of accidents. The system is controlled via CypCUT/Hypcut Laser Software and includes an Industrial Fiber Laser Chiller alongside automatic oiling for lubrication.
