Boss’ Mega Cut is a large-format fiber laser cutting system designed for high-volume metal processing. Built on a modular steel platform, the bed length is customizable to meet specific production requirements. It supports material loads up to 15,000kg and offers a cutting area up to 12,000mm x 2500mm.

The system is available with 2kw, 3kw, 4kw, 6kw, 12kw, 20kw. fiber laser power (Boss ION /IPG) and cuts a range of metals including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium. Motion control is powered by dual-drive rack and Servo Motors, positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm over 1m, and repeatability of ±0.05mm
